For the sixth time, Javantura v6 conference will be organized on Saturday, February 23rd, 2019 in Zagreb, Croatia, EU. Javantura is an international Java community conference, organized by the community for the community. It is our intent to gather the majority of the Java community in Croatia and from the region as well, and we also expect a lot of visitors from all other countries.

Hrvatska udruga Java korisnika – HUJAK (Croatian Java User Association), as organizer of Javantura conference, invites you to become a sponsor of Javantura conference.

It is our wish to gather the best Java professionals from Croatia and the region, as well as this part of EU and the whole world. Our intention is to present a variety of topics interesting to a wide range of visitors and to encourage an exchange of experiences as well as establish firmer connections inside the community who shares similar interests.

This year we expect more than 350 visitors and we have special discounts for all members of HUJAK, as well as some early bird tickets.

A special story of the conference is in the fact that it was started by the Java community gathered around non-profit association HUJAK (Croatian Java User Association), and also inspired by the success of other technical conferences in Croatia, including JavaCro, Java track at HrOUG, and few others, which gathered in total more than 15000 visitors in the last five years.

Additional info:

• VAT tax is not calculated as the organizers are not in the VAT system, according to Art. 90, paragraph 1. and 2 of the Law on VAT.
• Legal entities (companies) that are members of HUJAK with a paid membership for 2019 have 20% discount.
• Logo will be posted on the conference website, Facebook page, presentation intro template (during breaks), and other suitable locations.
• Public thanks will be at the opening and closing of the conference, and before sponsor presentation (if any) or lightning talk, as well as on the conference website
• All advertising materials including roll-ups will be placed in the open space in front of the halls where it will be visible to all visitors during breaks and on photos
• Platinum and Gold sponsors can put the roll-up in one of the halls near the presentation canvas, and it will be visible to all the visitors during sessions and visible on all the photos and video materials from that hall
• Additional other marketing/promo activities during breaks or party could be arranged
• Lightning talk is a 5-minute presentation from the sponsor where you can present some basic info about the company, your products or services, and if you are looking for new employees
• Press/media releases will be mentioning sponsors, as well as conference materials
• Promo gifts (giveaways, goodies) are small value gifts which can be given to all attendees (350-400) at the registration/entrance, or only some attendees at promo desk, or during the session in the hall (for questions, as a pick-me game or in any other way) and should be approved by the organizers
• Free tickets means that there will be reserved tickets (not publicly available) in a certain number for sponsor’s employees or guests

Organizers reserve the right to change the conditions of sponsorship (including price) up to the signing of the sponsorship contract, and in the case of unforeseen circumstances even later.
